I am a sports therapist based in Leigh on sea Essex, I read your article on Runners Connect regarding how and why you should strengthen your hip abductors and found it extremely informative and clearly written. From a personal perspective as i have an injury preventing me from running, and from a professional perspective. Thanks for sharing
